Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. SPONSOR

The "Floors That Made History" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Smart Flooring LLC, 58 Melrose St., Bristol, Connecticut 06010 (the "Sponsor"). The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., Woorise, or any other platform used to promote it.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and who reside within Sponsor's service area, defined as the Central Connecticut Region. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and households are not eligible to enter or win.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 8:00 AM Eastern Time on June 18, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on July 5, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are two (2) ways to enter:

METHOD 1 — ONLINE ENTRY. During the Promotion Period, visit https://woorise.com/smartflooringllc/floors-that-made-history-america-250 and complete the entry form with your first and last name, valid email address, telephone number, and ZIP code. Submit the form to receive one (1) entry.

METHOD 2 — MAIL-IN ENTRY (NO PURCHASE NECESSARY). To enter without using the online form, hand-print your first and last name, complete mailing address, email address, telephone number, ZIP code, and date of birth on a 3" × 5" card and mail it in a #10 envelope with proper postage to: Floors That Made History Sweepstakes, c/o Smart Flooring LLC, 58 Melrose St., Bristol, Connecticut 06010. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 5, 2026 and received by Sponsor no later than seven (7) days after the end of the Promotion Period. Each mail-in entry counts as one (1) entry. Mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible.

5. BONUS ENTRIES

During the Promotion Period, entrants may earn additional entries ("Bonus Entries") by completing optional actions listed on the Sweepstakes entry page, including but not limited to following Sponsor's social media accounts, sharing the Sweepstakes on social media, referring friends via a unique referral link, and returning to the entry page on subsequent days. Bonus Entries are awarded automatically based on Sponsor's tracking systems and are subject to verification. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Bonus Entries it believes were obtained through fraud, automation, or any means inconsistent with these Official Rules.

6. LIMIT ON ENTRIES

Each individual is limited to one (1) Method 1 entry and one (1) Method 2 entry per day. Bonus Entries are awarded per the rules of each specific action and are not subject to this daily limit. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address or mailing address. Use of automated entry methods, bots, or scripts is prohibited and will void all entries by the offending entrant.

7. PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded: a flooring installation by Sponsor consisting of up to two hundred (200) square feet of flooring product (hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, or tile, selected by winner from Sponsor's standard catalog of American-made product lines), including standard underlayment and professional installation by Sponsor in a single room of winner's primary residence located within Sponsor's service area. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $2,500 USD.

The Prize does not include: subfloor repair beyond standard preparation, removal of asbestos or other hazardous materials, structural modifications, custom or specialty products outside Sponsor's standard catalog, installations outside the contiguous United States, or any installation in a property not owned or leased by the winner. Installation must be scheduled within sixty (60) days of winner notification and completed within one hundred eighty (180) days of winner notification, subject to scheduling availability. Any costs or expenses not specifically listed as included in the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The Prize is non-transferable. No cash or other substitution will be permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one of equal or greater value if the Prize as described is unavailable for any reason.

8. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

9. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

On or about July 6, 2026, Sponsor (or its designee) will randomly select one (1) potential winner from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted via a live-streamed random draw on Sponsor's Facebook page or by an equivalent random selection method.

The potential winner will be notified by email and telephone using the contact information provided on the entry form within forty-eight (48) hours of the drawing. The potential winner must respond to confirm acceptance of the Prize within seven (7) calendar days of the first notification attempt. If the potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within seven (7) days, is found to be ineligible, declines the Prize, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the Prize will be forfeited and Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

10. CONDITIONS OF RECEIVING THE PRIZE

As a condition of receiving the Prize, the winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legally permissible) a Publicity Release within seven (7) calendar days of receipt. The winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt of the Prize. The Prize will be reported on IRS Form 1099 if its value meets the applicable reporting threshold.

By accepting the Prize, the winner grants the Sponsor permission to schedule the installation at a mutually agreeable time and to enter the winner's residence for the purpose of measurement, installation, and post-installation walk-through.

11. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, by entering the Sweepstakes each entrant grants to Sponsor the irrevocable right to use the entrant's name, city of residence, photograph, statements, biographical information, voice, and likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity in any media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

12. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, included as part of this document and available at https://smartflooringllc.com/sweepstake-privacy-policy. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information in accordance with that Privacy Policy.

13. DISPUTES

Except where prohibited by law, each entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate state or federal court located in Hartford County, Connecticut; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules.

14. GENERAL CONDITIONS / RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if any factor interferes with its proper conduct, including but not limited to fraud, virus, technical failure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control. In such event, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, conduct a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the date of termination.

By entering, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents of each (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, loss, or damage of any kind incurred in connection with the Sweepstakes or the receipt, use, or misuse of the Prize, including without limitation any property damage, personal injury, or death.

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) lost, late, incomplete, illegible, undelivered, misdirected, or postage-due entries; (b) failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines, electronic equipment, computer hardware or software, networks, internet service providers, or other communications systems; or (c) typographical, printing, or other errors appearing in any Sweepstakes-related materials.

15. WINNER LIST / RULES REQUEST

To obtain a copy of these Official Rules or, after August 5, 2026, the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Floors That Made History Sweepstakes — Winner List, c/o Smart Flooring LLC, 58 Melrose St., Bristol, Connecticut 06010. Winner List requests must be received by October 4, 2026.
